The world's your stage and you're only 3, 4 or 5. Let us show you how it works!

A delightful program with a light martial arts touch, our Fundamentals Program is engaging and develops the physical skills of kids who are exploring life at this very exciting age.

The classes are structured for young bodies with short attention spans: They'll spend time in activities every day that will allow them to explore different approaches to movement and learn through play.

In doing so, they'll learn how their body works best and develop fitness habits early on through all-body terminology like push and pull, fast/slow, bend/extend, high/low. And then there's the fun stuff – superheroes; obstacle courses; board breaking, and more!
